Quick start: First, select an App Format - we recommend starting with the Health Format preset. Then use templates to get started instantly! Browse workout splits, diet plans, or goal templates to begin with pre-configured data.

All tiers have full access to all features - the differences are in format flexibility and ad experience.
Start with the free tier to learn the app! Once you're comfortable and want more flexibility with multiple formats (like separate School, Work, and Health formats), upgrade to Premium.
Many users start free and upgrade once they realize they need different formats for different areas of their life.
Your data is preserved! If you downgrade from Premium to Free, you'll just need to select which 1 format to keep active (with up to 5 tabs). Your other formats and data remain saved - you just can't access them until you upgrade again.
